Hello,

I enabled Caller ID on my 501 but see nothing to indicate it's working. I was expecting it to put the caller ID information on the screen but it's not putting anything on the screen at all. Am I missing something? Yes, I have the phone line connected to the 501. :confused:

I had the same problem when first got the upgrade.

I called Dish network support and they told me to make sure that the cables coming in from the dish are attached to a grounding block and grounded to a common house ground. I had installed everything myself and had not grounded it. It sounded crazy to me but it worked after it had been grounded.
