I've got caller id on my phone service, set to on on my HR20, and I don't see anything on the TV when I get calls. Can someone help me out with this?

Mine started working on it's own two days after I cleared the list - but perhaps there may have been a reboot in that time. I am not going to dump my guide data to make my caller ID work.
