Can Dallas Locals be received in Boston?

I'm going to be in Boston for a while and will probably take my dish and wondered if I can receive Dallas locals in either standard or HD format? My current dish allows me to see the Sats at 101, 110, 119, 103, and 99.

No, Dallas locals are on spotbeams.
