Hi guys.

My wife and I suspended our service for the summer, it will reactivate Sept 1st. One thing we want to do is change our programming package and remove some boxes from service.

Will I be able to do this over the phone even though my service is suspended? I'd like to get this done this month, I'm in for some surgery in Sept that'll keep me out of action for about six weeks.

I'm sure you'll be able to make any changes you want when you call to have them un-suspend your account.

As to changes before you re-activate, call and ask. I don't know but I'm sure a CSR will be able to answer the question, and help you if it is possible.

Changes cannot be made like that while the account is suspended. Once you're ready to restore service they can make all of those changes at that time.
