Can I replace a 2x6 with Zinwell 6x8?

Let's just say, for discussion purposes only, that an installer left an extra , perfectly functioning, WB68 6x8 Multi Switch at my place, and that I have another location that's not HD yet, but will be. I need more outputs than the current 4 way RCA multiswitch can handle at that other location.

Could I use the Zinwell for this other location? If so, which of the inputs would I use - 18V, 13V, 18v 22KHz, and/or 13V 22KHz?

Thanks for your thoughts!

The WB68 can be used with a 3LNB dish or the newer 5LNB dish, both with four output lines. It cannot be used with the old dual LNB round dish with only one or two output lines.
I would expect it to work just fine in an SD system with the 13v and 18v no tone ports hooked up.

Their FAQ seems to agree

On second thought, I believe you're right. The 22kHz ports should only be needed for addressing the 110/119 sats, so it should work with a dual LNB dish also.
I believe the thread title needs to be corrected to read "2x4" in place of "2x6", but otherwise, it will work just fine.
Thanks - I tried to edit the thread title to 2x4 right after I posted it, but couldn't!

I appreciate all the expertise. It works!
