Since the latest updates I have had recordings that are cancelled for no discernable reason. No conflicts and no one in the household cancelled them.
Heroes last night on NBC did not receord history show it was cancelled.

Sorry if this reported elsewhere. I looked but did not see any reports with the new software.

I did not have this problem prior to the latest software update.

If there are tiny discrepancies in the Guide between when you set it, and when it shows, they can get cancelled. Every recording set via the guide is guide dependent. This is a plus for simplicity and a minus for the bugs. The PTB know about it and, no doubt are working on it. In the mean time you have to keep a close eye on your ToDo List, to make sure some minor guide glitch hasn't happened.

This isn't the only thing that could cause what happened, but it is common.
