Directvs automated install line quit activating the new h25 boxes, must be 700 models or something.

It goes through and verifys access #, rid, serial, but when i gets to model it just says "and the model is __________ correct?"

major PITA, transfers me evertime, this happened last year with the h24's the system would not activate h24-100 receivers, took directv about 6 months to add this model to the automated system.

Why is this even a problem??

There was an update that went out about H25s you should have gotten it.

Who cares if theres a bulletin stating directv doesnt work.....FIX IT!!!!!!!!!!!!

There is a box update. After you let it go through, they activate no problem.

It's something else that he's complaining about but since he doesn't get information he needs he just assumes that the system's broken rather than him doing it wrong.
