I'm trying to change my install date online, but it keeps showing me months in the future. Every time I try, it goes ahead another month. When I check now, it's showing January and February 2014.

What gives?

There is a bug when you try to reschedule an install multiple times in the same day. Each inquiry pushes the date further & further out. Just try once a day or call D*...

I noticed a similar problem when I tried to re-schedule my install last week. You can call DTV at 855-679-4357 and use their automated phone system to re-schedule, it worked for me.
