Anyone experiencing issues with receivers loosing SWM connection after reboot. We have some H24 and H25 receivers coming up with this error randomly in the past few days. The Directv floating logo comes up, you get a searching for satellite signal message, and when you go into satellite setup it comes up with cannot detect SWM.

This is happening at multiple commercial restaurant installations that we have done in the past. Confirmed good signal strength, replaced SWM Module and power supply at one location. 8 boxes per setup and the other boxes are working perfectly fine. We were planning on swapping out the two problem boxes at the first site for new H26 receivers, but have since experienced the same issue at two other locations last night and this morning.

We suspect a bad firmware update possibly? Contacted Directv support as these locations are 3 and 4 hours away from our main office and they did not offer any insight.

We can remotely control the satellite boxes. Going to the Directv test channels starting at 9501 they all work without issue on the receivers that are not throwing this error. The readings on the sat signal pages all check out good as well. We suspected another equipment error such as bad LNB port or splitter port since we are using a swm32 multiswitch, but when it began to happen at other locations that made us suspect a firmware glitch possibly.
