I seem to be having trouble watching the feeds online via my computer at the nbcolympics.com site. In IE, it keeps on making me go thru the authentication process - that is the log in screen keeps popping up making me select DirecTV and then enter my log in info. I have actually tried over 10 time in a row. In Firefox, it will seem to take the log in info and then goes to the page where the video should play but just sits there and nothing happens.

I know my account on DirecTV.com is active and I am entering the correct log in info.

I have not seen any threads on this issue and maybe I am the only one having the issue. But if anyone has a cure for this, or any other thoughts, it would be appreciated.

I would un-install Flash completely, (there are some instructions for complete removal on Adobe.com) and then re-install it again. I think even the authentication process uses some flash components, and the video not playing on Firefox might also be related to that.

Thanks!!! I just reinstalled from the Adobe site without uninstalling and it is now working!!! Appreciate the tip. Should have thought of that.
