Has anyone run into this problem? Two months in a row now, when I try to make a payment, the Submit button on Dish's web page is grayed out. I entered an amount and chose the credit card on file. I just have a gray Submit button and a red Clear button.

I ran into the same issue.. You need to fill in the field that ask for your name on the card.. then the button with be available. it got me to.. haha

That was it. It's very misleading and it's tough to remember all the quirks of each site.
