as a quick fix....can u set a manual recording for that time.
I reset the unit and the guide did not change. I was just trying to press record in the guide while the game was on. I went up to my bedroom and the guide showed the game instead of TBA and I recorded it there.
Sneezy .. First thing, if a program is showing TBA, then it must be recorded via Manual Record.

Now as to the bigger issue as to why it was showing TBA when it should have shown real information. It sounds like you have a corrupted guide data. A single reboot will not solve the problem as the default is to save the guide cache.

What you need to do is to restart the receiver, let it come all the way up to Live TV again and then immediately restart it again. A second restart within 30 minutes of the first will cause the guide cache to flush. This will allow all of the guide data to be rebuilt and the information that should be there should start showing up.

I don't think the problem is with corrupt guide data, its a problem with the guide data not being updated at the source. I can always find several channels within 24 hours of current time that show TBA on both of my HR21-700s but show actual data for the same channels on my HR10-250 and my ReplayTV 5040.

I'll try and give that a shot tonight. I thought it was odd because 1 receiver updated and the other didn't. That;s why I have 2 DVR's!

Except that in this case, it's not the guide DATA that is corrupt, but the guide data CACHE of the HR21. Flushing the guide data using the procedure outlined should correct the problem because the HR21 will then reload all of the guide data which (as you have noted) is correct.
