I can't even "View" mine let alone save it....I wonder if a Dish Representative could look into this?
Yeah, sorry, I should have said the save option doesn't work correctly.Tecmo SB Guy said:Thanks, phrelin.
But I can see the bill no problem when I log on but I just can't save it to my hard drive when I could before.
I tried to disable Adblock Plus for mydish.com but it didn't change anything.
I tried Firefox browser and it worked, viewing and saving. Safari does not work at all, just a dead button.356B said:I can't even "View" mine let alone save it....I wonder if a Dish Representative could look into this?
Tecmo SB Guy said:For those with paperless billing, when I log into my account I can't save my bill in pdf form anymore.
I click the "convert to pdf" button and go to File, Save Page As (I'm using Firefox 12.0) and it saves it as an html file. When I change the file extension to .pdf and then open it with Adobe it says the file is damaged.
Anyone know here how to convert the bill to .pdf form? It used to work for me every month but Dish Network changed something with their website.
Thanks Ray, How about getting someone to look into Safari not working with viewing billing?Ray [email protected] Network said:I was able to view and save a copy of my personal statement to my computer using FF in PDF format. Make sure you don't have POP-UPS blocked. You might also try IE to see if it will save for you. Please let me know. Thanks.
No problems viewing or saving my bill in Safari 5.1.7 in Lion.356B said:Thanks Ray, How about getting someone to look into Safari not working with viewing billing?
