I have Twonk installed as well ad WinMP11. Pictures I can view just fine, however, I can't view any of my videos (.avi, .mpeg) or any of my Itunes Music. I see the folders on the HR-20, but all the songs or videos have an X next to them.

Any thoughts.

This is normal. The HR20 can't play videos, nor can it play DRMed music.

But I've heard people on this forum saying that they were able to listen to Itunes as well as view home movies? Is this not true then?

Please see this thread. MP3 and JPG pictures are supported. Nothing else with current release.
