are you using captioning through the tv or through the receiver's menus?
Captioning gone on all channels
Hello,
I have a 622 with version L613 software.
We have had the 622 for about 20 months and every few months the closed captioning would disappear. I could get it back by doing a reset and it would be ok for a few more months. Now, however, I can get the captions back but only for a few minutes at a time. So now I have to do a reset several times a day to keep the captioning going.
Has anyone else run into this problem?
Does anyone know if Directv has stable captioning on their machines? I know they were having big problems with their MPEG4 channels.
