*SHRUG* How many households do NOT have a DVR, or have additional receivers which are nor DVR enabled? I suspect that it is a contractual issue. I would have probably cared more too had Adult Swim not KO-ed all of the anime series.
Although, personally, I would have liked to see ImaginAsianTV. How about adding all of the mossing premium channels that I don't subscribe to anyways?

I was thinking the same thing, except substitute "any sports channel" for Cartoon Network West... Or "Any Premium Movie Channel because all movies these days suck" for Cartoon Network West.Paul Secic said:

Yes, there are some surprising well-written animations out there. There are also a lot of insipid 'toons out there also. Some of it is because of the Network standards who make some VERY unusual requests that totally change the concept. (Like insisting that the characters wear seatbelts.... even when riding a motorcycle).
I hereby challenge you to watch The Iron Giant. It was made in the last 10 years. It's a good movie that didn't do well in the box office. The guy who did Iron Giant, Brad Bird, also went on and wrote The Incredibles.
(Oh yeah, and Shopping Channels suck too, but they remain. Sigh)
