I have had my HR20 3weeks. Why are my center ice teams not displayed until the game starts? I have tried leaving the unit off overnight or on standby and it doesn't matter. All other guide functions are normal. CSR's are no help, they just want me to reset and wait for data downloads. Yes I have latest downloads.
