I get 3.2 with the SD weather, but 3.1 is a black screen OTA through a DISH receiver or using the ATSC tuner in the TV. Since 3.2 is working, it must be related to the new HD setup for local news, etc.
Ch 3 Sacramento not working?
Hi. I can no longer get ch 3 in Sacramento. The screen is blank. I do know that they were converting to an all HD format I think this week Could that be the cause?

It's a station issue. KCRA's digital feed is down. They are having technical difficulties.
