They used to be special HD channels "back in the day before D10 & D11" when we all we had in HD were the 70s and the HD DNS channels. They used to those numbers for MLB Extra Innings in HD, NBA League Pass in HD, NFL Network in HD. Also Channel 99 has also gone away with all the HD PPV DirectTV has.
