Can you change format when recording?

I ask becuase I have the Chiefs/Seahawks recording and the it's gone into 'stretch' mode and I can't change it! But all my other ST channels are fine...

I've tried turning native off, stopping the recording, powering off, everythign short of a reset. Any ideas?

Even when I stopped and deleted the recording, it still displays my HD streched!

agrh....

This may be a stupid question, but did you try pressing the "Format" button?

It has no effect on recording or playback. Format can be changed live.

Heh. Yep, doesn't work on the remote OR the front of the unit.
Yea, I don't know. I just checked the Chiefs/Seahawks game on mine and it is fine. I would wait for a commercial and try a reset.

If you have superfan and watch an Sunday Ticket SD broadcast, it automatically goes into stretch mode. You can get out of this by hitting exit. It has to do with the interactivity of the Superfan functions requireing stretch instead of pillar. When you exit, you exit the forced stretch mode as well as the interactive functions.
