I am seeing channel 196 listed on the listings page over at D*.
However I do not see it on my guide.

I am pretty sure that it has not always been around - and it is not listed here -

Looks like it will be turned on tomorrow.

PPV channels move around quite a bit. There have been indications that some of the new HD PPV channels are place holders until the details are worked out to add additional programming.
