Channel 492 Weather Channel Interactive
I read somewhere on here yesterday (can't find it now) about Channel 492, which is a Weather Channel sub-channel. I can receive it on my basic RCA receiver but it does not appear on the Ultimate TV receiver downstairs. Not even on the Channel List.
I called D* and the rep said that the UTV receiver (RCA) is not "interactive." There are settings for 'i' links and web links in the set-up mode on the UTV. Even the owners manual talks about Web and "I" links. Can someone explain why we can't get interactive links on it?
