Check the satellite signal strengths on the 99c and 103ca and 103cb and post them so they can be looked at.

I noticed that you did not list any for the SWM. Did you have that one ?
If not, were you on a DVR when this break up was happening ?
If you have 2 coax cables hooked to the DVR did you check the second tuner's signal strengths ?

Those numbers don't indicate a problem with the alignment.
