I have 2 HR 24 500's and one of them has the logo for 212 and the other does not. Both have the same software version. I have tried guide flush, re-downloading software, resets, etc.

Any ideas?

I have an HR23 - 700 and an HR24 - 100 and neither of them have channel logos in the guide.
If you press the Info button and the Banner comes up, then most of my channels have the logo there. 212 is not there.

When I am editing Favorites there are logos on that screen and the 212 logo is not there.

It's been discussed many times. The logos are not in the guide data, they are in what is called a "supplemental download" and that download can't be forced. You just have to be patient and wait.
