We have three DVRs and they are all identical HR24s installed at the same time. Two of them show Baby First on 293 while one of them does not. The one that doesn't is the only one NOT hooked to an HDTV if that matters. Can't see how it would as Baby First isn't in HD anyway. Any idea what might be causing this? I have the channel favorites set to all channels.

If you have not done this already,
Menu, Settings, Reset, choose the first one in the list. It is the same as a shut down / restart of a PC. Nothing will be lost.

This happened to me once. Strangely, even after resetting (the little red button), a block of channels still didn't show up. Only after calling and talking to their tech support and them doing something (refreshing the receiver? I don't remember exactly) did they come back.

Did the reset and then used the re-authorization link. Neither worked.
You could try manually entering the channel.

Not sure if it makes a difference to a reset, but maybe try unplugging it for five minutes?

If all else fails, I would just call them. Maybe they can "refresh" it in a different manner than what can be done personally through their website.

BabyFirst is an SD only channel. Unhide your SD channels in your Settings.

You could try the Reset Defaults. This is the second option in the Reset List.

If you do this you will have to rebuild all FAVs, settings, Series for this receiver.
If you have very many in the Series List you might take pictures of each screen to make it easy to rebuild it.

Choosing the third option in the list would delete all recordings in addition to all that changes above.
