Could you try that question again? You said in the first sentence that you were seeing the OTA channels in the guide. Shortly thereafter, you say that you can't see "the new channels". Which channels, that you think you should be able to see, aren't you seeing?Panchovilla said:

If so: Check to make sure that you are not using a favorites list in the guide, and if so you will need to add those channels to the favorites list.
If that is not the issue, try the trusty tried and true remedy: RBR (Red Button Reset).
What software version is running on your HR20-700 box?? You need ver. O108

Not sure, but might this be the double listing for HD and SD channels or am I reading this wrong? Local channels have double listings with the HR-20. Example...Channel 4NBC (just regular Standard), 4KACT (HD channel if listed with the affiliate beside it). Of course this affiliate is made up but you get the idea. I think he meant the Hr20-700 did not list the second set of channels. I dont think he would have OTA at this time since he just installed it and is not in an area getting OTA update at this time.
