Power went out last night and now the channel up/down is not working on th remote, everything else works, I can enter the channels and hit enter to change them. I took the batteries out and I reset the unit, still not working.

Fixed this problem, my favorite channels were all lost so I had to put the channel settings to channels I get. Don't know why I lost my saved channels.

That's interesting. The same thing happened to me yesterday too!

I rebooted to see if this would fix pixelization I was seeing on some HD channels after checking to make sure there were no birds sitting on my LNB. After the reboot, channel up/down didn't work but page up/down did. Thinking the software might have gotten corrupted, I tried downloading the software again with no luck. Then I tried pulling the plug, still no luck. Finally I noticed that my Guide had only one channel in it. Somehow my Favorite channels list had been cleared. I don't recall this happening in the past when I rebooted the receiver. I wonder if there's a bug in this area in 0x254.

I lost my favorite channels when I had to restart my HR20 yesterday after my UPS died. Soooooo annoying...
