What is Charlie's e-mail address. I have an unresolved Customer Service issue and would like to drop him a line......

I used the [email protected] about 2 weeks ago and it was kicked back as unknown.

Also, I had used the work bullsh*t in an email I sent to Dish tech support and it got sent back as rejected saying I used objectionable language, so they do have a filter on their email.

Why would any E* employee be inclined to help a customer who uses
abusive language? Get over your hissy fit and treat the other person the
way you want to be treated. Using profanity will get you exactly nothing.

If you called my DBS company and started using foul language I would
shut down your service in a NY minute.

Period.
