Is there any way to CLEAR the "history" in the "list"???

or record 999 shows after the show you want to not show up anymore

Shows also fall off after about a month from being deleted.

Unless you're talking about your purchase history from PPV and then no you cannot clear them out.

I would like to do this also. I’d hate for anyone to some to my house and see the how many times the DVR has recorded Army Wives, Lipstick Jungle, and Grey’s Anatomy (for my wife, of course!)

Me too. When my guests come in, the first thing they do is go to my DVR and navigate through the menus to see what my record history shows. Yeah, right.

Well, that's what *I* do when I visit someone else's house! Seriously, no, I don't care what's in my history (or yours).

Ya, especially since they can just check with DirecTV or TiVo, who know not only what you recorded, but what you watched and whether or not you saw the commercials! Just joking!!!... I hope. :eek2: /steve

I think the same rules that apply to your car radio should apply to your DVR.

Only the owner/driver is allowed to touch it, without direct permission you are at great risk of losing some digits/limbs. :eek2: :lol:
