In reaction to some critical reports about Iraq's government, officials have expelled CNN from its 12-year-old bureau in Baghdad.
Government officials have also ordered journos from NBC and ABC to leave the country as early as Saturday.
"We were told that all of the non-Iraqi journalists were expelled as of Monday," CNN president of newsgathering Eason Jordan said. "Regardless of their visa status."
Many reporters flocked to the region to cover last week's referendum on the rule of its leader, Saddam Hussein ( news - web sites).
