We finally got around to watching this on Saturday night.

I thought it was a perfect "ending" so to speak........it was very well done overall. I was very impressed with Steve Zahn as Gus.

Any one else even remember this?

Being a big fan of McMurtry's 'Lonesome Dove' trilogy, I watched this eagerly, and enjoyed it very much. Frpm what I recall, I think it followed the book pretty well.

BTW, it's available from Netflix if you want to see it again without having to skip thru the commercials.

I finally watched it a few months back and thought it was well done. I did have the middle episode not air in HD for some reason though, other than that I was pleased with it.

Yeah, I watched it. McMurtry is great of course, and I also watched because Ryan Merriman (Jake Spoon) was in it. He's a local boy who lives a couple miles down the road.
