I want a HD DVR that will play SD on a second TV upstairs and I don't want to pay for it and I have been promised too many things from CSR that never happened. What are some deals I can look foward to?

This link shows what a new customer is eligble for. I noticed in your title that you mention that you are returning to E*, depending on how long you have been gone will depend whether you get the same deal as a new customer. The best thing to do is to call and ask.
