Yes. All of the HD DVRs have all of their outputs active simultaneously. Of course, the composite and SVideo output is only 480i.
Component and HDMI Out on HR21Pro
Just curious if anyone knows if a HR 21 Pro can push thru the HDMI and Component/Composite outputs at the same time? I would like to push HDMI directly to my main TV and simultaneous push componenet/composite to a splitter that will feed 4 other TVs throughout my home.

Get a ChannelPlus Modulator. I have both of my HR21's and a DVD player hooked up to one and it feeds all the other TV's in the house (7 of them).
