I currently have an H20 connected to my tv on the main floor and I have a coax connection running upstairs to my bedroom (it may run thru a connection in the basement). I'd like to purchase a 2nd HDTV for my room upstairs, is there a way that the H20 can pass that signal to the TV upstairs over the existing COAX and I can use an RF remote to change the channels.

What is the best way to accomplish this? Should I look at getting a newer DVR? I've been thinking about getting an HD DVR, will this help?

There is no way to do HD over coax. SD shouldn't be a problem. Same goes for a HD DVR.

Your easiest option is to run a HDMI wire to the upstairs location.

Thanks. Anything out there that can do wireless yet?
You can purchase a RF converter for your H20 unit and setup a channel 3 out to the second TV in the bedroom,Also using a set of diplexers on a single cable line can get the ch 3 signal over on to the Antenna side at a different location.

Note: The BBC converter will need to be moved to the first diplexer where the channel 3 signal comes off to the second TV.

I use a similar setup to run 4 standard TVs on this channel 3 signal.,The optional RF remote makes it nice :)
