Well which is it -- 'approaching 40%' or '25%'? I suppose you could say that digital cable penetration is approaching, but will never quite reach 100%, but that's being asymptotic. (;))
What was said was that Digital Cable or Satellite penetration is about 40 percent, but of those that have Digital service 25 percent of the total 40 percent with Digital service get it from the Cable Industry. In other words only 15 percent of the Digital Households are getting their service from either DirecTV or Dish.
