@Contact, a Colorado-based company providing broadcast services using fiber, microwave and satellite technologies, agreed to provide additional FSS satellite reception and fiber retransmission to the EchoStar digital satellite DBS uplink facility in Cheyenne, Wyo. for seven of Dominion Video Satellite's 20 TV channels of video programming and 16 audio channels that are broadcast via Dominion Sky Angel.

Currently, Dominion operates its eight FCC licensed DBS frequencies for domestic DBS services using leased transponders on the EchoStar III satellite at the 61.5 W.L. orbital slot. In the future, Dominion will launch two of its own satellites, under a contract with Orbital Sciences Corp., to be co-located at the 61.5 W.L. location.

@Contact's services will begin on or before Aug. 1.

In a separate announcement, @Contact will provide monitoring and fiber transmission for Free Speech TV - a full time satellite channel on DISH Network (channel 9415) and a part-time cable network.
