CSI Thursday 9 Nov on USA9 in DC
I just finished watching CSI on USA9, the DC CBS affiliate. We have been experiencing 2-3 "Black outs" an episode but tonight there were 13! Any clue as to what these "black outs" are? Sound stays on, everything just goes black for 2-10 seconds. Anyone else experiencing this? This also happens on FOX and NBC, but never 13 times in one episode.
