As an International programming subscriber, I cannot view the programming "specials" online because D* requires me to phone in for any programming changes. Well, I phoned in to see if they had any "2 for 1" premium specials. The CSR said yes, HBO-Cinemax or HBO-Showtime for 3 months. I said OK, I'll take it. Call ended.
I then checked my balance online and noticed I was charged $20 bucks for the remainder of my billing period. Wrong. Called back, a CSR said the other CSR screwed up. He said he would give HBO-Showtime free for 3 months.
Was pleased with the way Customer Service handled this, of course.
