My favorites list was reduced to only one channel after this weeks mysterious reboot fiasco as well.
Custom favorites reset
Sometime between last night and this morning, my custom favorites list was reset one of my HR20s. I hit the guide button and all was listed was one channel. When I selected the guide options it was defaulted to Setup Custom1. Very strange. Has anybody experienced this? Nothing else seems to have been reset.
