Custom favorites reset

Sometime between last night and this morning, my custom favorites list was reset one of my HR20s. I hit the guide button and all was listed was one channel. When I selected the guide options it was defaulted to Setup Custom1. Very strange. Has anybody experienced this? Nothing else seems to have been reset.

I've seen this posted a few times in the last couple of days. I'm guessing but it seems connected to the resets we had earlier this week.

You might want to post this problem in the appropriate issues thread at the top of this forum (DIRECTV Plus High Definition DVR Discussion).

Unfortunately you will have to setup your favoriates again.
