I just checked the D11 spot beam signal strength meters today. Last I looked they were all zero and now I have three at 100 and the rest at anywhere from 50 to zero. Is this an indication that new HD locals are coming? We already have the ABC, CBS, Fox and NBC stations here (Indianapolis) but might this indicate that additional locals are near?

are you sure those were spots? if so, I would say that something is coming, but maybe to an area near you (they may be focusing now beams)

I have just checked my signals on 99 b/s. TP 1 - 6 are no different, and I believe these are from Spaceway not D11, but starting at 15, which have been all zeros, I have the following through 24: 100 0 33 48 83 0 0 0 97 95. Lets hope that means they are tuning up these transponders to kick in the next set of local HD lil's which includes me this month!
