Does it say SFSS on every channel or only some? Did it work before and if so, did anything change? You should check to make sure all your coax connections are tight on the splitter and the D12.
Also, that 8-way splitter looks to be unnecessary. Changing it out to a 4 way will increase the signal to your receivers.
