That was speculative and probably wishful thinking on that writers part. Dish is claiming they only owe 16M more, TiVo asked for up to 220M more. Depending on how the judge rules concerning Dish's failure to shut down DVRs per the injunction, the number could range from that low end up to something significantly higher than the 220M, or Dish could just settle with TiVo for an undisclosed amount.
