Granted this is just one instance, but I'm watching the Jets/Patriots game on KOVR 13 in Sacramento, and the volume on the channel is but higher than what I normally remember.

Normally, if I toggle from a non-DD to a DD channel, I have to adjust the volume but the volume on this channel today is the same as non-DD.

Anyway, anyone else notice this for other channels? Or is perhaps just this particular feed that has the gain adjusted appropriately?

As a matter of fact, the video signal looks crisper/better on this feed, too.

That is really nothing to do with the HR20.

That is just how the networks are encoding their DD audio vs non-dd audio
