:) Thanks guys refresh worked. I was having trouble with a samsung SIR-TS360 receiver. It wasn't picking up any of the odd transponders on sat 101. I had checked all connections and swapped outputs on the wb68 switch to an output that I knew was working and still no luck. Moved another receiver that hadn't been hooked up in a while into the samsungs place so reason for the refresh of services. My question now is... Is the TS360 ready for the trash?

If nothing else, it's still got a good ATSC OTA receiver and cable integration built in. You could make your own RG6 pigtail and measure the output with a multimeter to see if it's actually putting out 13VDC when it's tuned to a 101 odd tp.

Thanks I will give that a try. I would like to keep it for the ota capability but I'm not sure if it will work if I deactivate it. Anyone know about that possibility?

Yes, your Samsung's OTA reception will continue to function even without a DirecTV subscription. You just won't have any Guide Data.
