An AVSForum user is reporting a "raw" (C-Span?) HD feed on DishNetwork channel 211. Any signs of this on DirecTV ?

Haven't found a raw feed. PBS has the least screen clutter.

As Dish is the "Official High Definition Satellite Television Service Provider of the 2008 Democratic National Convention" I doubt you'll see a raw feed on DirecTV.

You've got to be kidding.

Well maybe not. Comcast is running ads about having "500" of something HD vs. DirecTV so I guess anything is possible.

Well, DISH is based in Colorado, so I guess the local factor has played a part in this deal.
