According to the Detroit Free Press website:
If Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick addresses the city tonight at 7 as expected, Local 4 will override or interrupt its coverage of the NFL season opener between the Washington Redskins and the New York Giants. The game would be joined in progress at the conclusion of Local 4's coverage of the mayor.

Can D* enable the NBC East or West feeds to homes in Detroit from, say, 7-8 PM so the entire market doesn't miss the Giants-Redskins game?
I'm not sure what the policy is on this, but I figured I'd ask about it here, as y'all are more knowledgeable about these issues than am I.
Thanks!
