Been having some issues with my new HR34 (spontaneous resets, not recognizing all networked HRs in MRV, freezing, etc.). I ran the diagnostic test last night and received the Code 14-304. Any clue what that means?

Hard drive died. Call DirecTV and request a replacement HR34. It should be free under warranty.

This also explains the reboot symptoms and other problems you've been having.
