Everything you did so far sounds great! The final install will be key but the only thing I can tell you, keep reading these forums for technical help, to post your success/troubles with, and anything else as all of these things help make this forum work the way it does! Be sure the senior Tech downloads/updates your HR20 with the new software when he does the install. The new version, 0x10b, has OTA antenna features enabled as well as some audio and picture sharing capabilities with the correct computer interface and a network. More on all of that info here in the forum.
