One is provided with every DirecTV receiver...ladannen said:Is there a listing somewhere with the channels in numerical order?
but some channel #'s have changed already since that was published.Newshawk said:One is provided with every DirecTV receiver...
Then hit the "guide" button. With any technology anything that's printed will become outdated before the ink dries. It's the nature of the beast.dcowboy7 said:but some channel #'s have changed already since that was published.
I meant what tcusta00 said... the built-in guide. I thought the "with every DirecTV receiver..." would give it away.dcowboy7 said:but some channel #'s have changed already since that was published.
Interesting, that chart shows channel 0 and channel 1.technstuff said:
thats why they could at least keep the guide on the website updated.tcusta00 said:Then hit the "guide" button. With any technology anything that's printed will become outdated before the ink dries. It's the nature of the beast.
oh....because ive gotten 5 receivers already and they all did include a paper guide with them.Newshawk said:I meant what tcusta00 said... the built-in guide. I thought the "with every DirecTV receiver..." would give it away.
Use this one then. Sure, it could be updated in a more expeditious manner, but gee whiz man, they're adding new programming at a fast clip so they can't keep a .pdf file up to date on their website. Who uses these things anyway, except for a few exceptions like the OP who wanted to keep a printed copy in his rental home. Even then it's probably overkill (but good customer service on his part) since the guide is built-in to every receiver in the first place.dcowboy7 said:thats why they could at least keep the guide on the website updated.
